Our kitchen crew places great importance on using products from our region bearing seasonal variety and ecological criteria in mind. Short transport distances protect the environment and the product quality can be guaranteed better through personal contact with the producers.

SPRING BRUNCH AT SCHLOSS THALHEIM

The energy of spring fills the park of Thalheim Castle: the buds sprout, early in the morning the dew lies on the leaves and the birds chirp.

We have also adjusted our offer on Sunday to match the spring feelings: Already at 10:30 am we open the restaurant for our new spring brunch. Our kitchen team has put together a selection of special breakfast dishes and meals for you to choose from.

We cordially invite you to take a break from everyday life in the peace and power of Thalheim Castle. Enjoy nature during a walk through the baroque garden and a strengthening stay in the Zen garden. Of course, children are also welcome to explore the meadow and the small stream.
